Steel Structure Fire Protection system

Summary:The main chemical components of AESWOOL Marine Fibrous Blanket are silicon dioxide (SiO₂), calcium oxide (CaO) and magnesium oxide (MgO). In the event of fiber inhalation, the material exhibits extremely low biological persistence, making it an environmentally friendly insulation product. In compliance with Nota Q of EU Directive 97/69/EC, it is not classified as any type of carcinogen.

Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation

Summary:Aluminum structures exhibit significantly lower strength than steel under high-temperature conditions. To prevent high temperatures from causing strength degradation of aluminum structures and ensure structural integrity, separate fire tests shall be conducted on aluminum structures in strict compliance with the relevant requirements specified in the FTP Code, ensure the integrity of aluminum structure under fire conditions.

Summary:The hydrocarbon fire curve is used for testing Class H fire divisions. Its temperature-time profile is more stringent than the cellulosic fire curve specified in IMO's 2010 FTP Code, both in terms of heating rate and the final achievable temperature. For Class H fire divisions, fire tests shall be conducted in accordance with Part 3 of the IMO FTP Code, with the key difference being that the test furnace is heated using the hydrocarbon fire temperature-time curve instead of the cellulosic fire curve.

It is manufactured using natural basalt, diabase, or other volcanic rock as the main raw material, Melted at 1500–1600 and combined with trace inorganic binders, it forms a material integrating thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fireproof functions.

Summary:Glass wool Made with advanced centrifugal technology, from molten glass fiber + eco-friendly binder. Lightweight, excellent thermal insulation, unique microporous fibrous structure endows the product with excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption, and sound insulation performance.

Rock wool pipe shell

Summary: Rock wool pipe shell is a prefabricated rock wool pipe product customized according to the pipe diameter, to meet the insulation needs of various industrial pipelines. It can withstand higher temperatures than glass wool cases without eroding metal pipes, and the pre-slit design makes it easier and faster to install on site. The maximum service temperature of the pipe insulation layer can reach 750°C.
